These Terms of Use apply to Capitals Quiz, an educational geography app operated by Tarz.net. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Educational Purpose
Capitals Quiz helps users learn and practice countries, flags, maps, capital cities, phone codes, and country codes through tables, flash cards, quizzes, custom quiz templates, and related learning tools.
2. License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal educational use, subject to these terms and applicable App Store terms.
Where applicable and not otherwise stated here, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply. Apple's standard terms are available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
3. No Account Requirement
The app does not require registration, login credentials, or a demo account. Learning progress, app settings, language selection, theme choice, quiz progress, joker balance, and purchase entitlement status may be stored locally on the device.
4. In-App Purchases
Capitals Quiz may offer optional consumable joker rights and optional premium subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. The app does not use external payment systems for digital features on iOS.

5. Premium Subscriptions
Premium Monthly renews every month. Premium Yearly renews every year. The App Store purchase sheet displays the final localized price, subscription title, billing period, and confirmation before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings.
6. Consumable Joker Rights
Joker rights are consumable digital items used for optional quiz help features. They are reduced when used and cannot be restored once consumed.
7. Advertising and Rewarded Ads
The app may display ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional and may provide in-app benefits when the user chooses to watch them. Ads are not required to use the core learning content.
8. Content Accuracy
The app provides educational reference content. We try to keep content useful and accurate, but country data, codes, names, and capital information may change over time. The app is not intended for legal, governmental, travel safety, immigration, or official decision-making use.
9. User Conduct
- Do not reverse engineer, modify, copy, or redistribute the app except where allowed by law.
- Do not attempt to bypass purchase, subscription, entitlement, or advertising systems.
- Do not use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
10. Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes local storage, advertising, App Store purchase processing, and user rights.
11. Availability and Changes
We may update the app, content, features, purchase options, and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Disclaimer
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarz.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
